WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DO YOU DO?

I'm Hannah Kay, is a dedicated personal trainer and the driving force behind Hannah Kay Fitness and Empower. My passion lies in empowering women through a holistic fitness approach, incorporating physical and mental wellness into her tailored training programs. With a focus on creating positive relationships with food, exercise, and oneself, I guide each woman on a unique journey of self-discovery and strength.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS AND PLANS?

I believe that belief that fitness is not merely physical but a crucial element of a balanced, confident, and empowered life. My mission is to open the world and the opportunity of a dream life to everyone. 

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO BE PART OF TEAM IF?

Team IF is by far the most supportive, welcoming and ambitious family I have been lucky enough to be a part of. After trying my first IF Supplements Protein Shake and getting to know Marius, I knew this was something I wanted to be part of from now on, and want to help share the message and spread the passion that is behind Team IF.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PRODUCT AND WHY?

I am known for having a sweet tooth and liking all the different treats there is out there, so if I had to choose it would be the Cookies and Cream 80% Whey Protein, I use this after my workouts, as a breakfast smoothie, or even a midday snack to ensure I'm hitting my protein goal. The quality of the protein is unmatched in any protein based product I have ever tried, so smooth and light.
 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE WORKOUT AND WHY?

Over the years, I have tried numerous different ways of training, but I can never knock a good full body conditioning blast! It's my quickest excuse to do as many movements, using as much equipment as I can all in one workout! Discovering different ways my body can move and different intensities it can hit, the challenges can be endless. 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE QUOTE?

Love a good quote and have a million and one saved in the notes of my phone, however the one I have tattooed on my rib reads
“Never let anyone dull your sparkle”
(and the ‘anyone’ includes yourself) Don’t listen to the nay-sayers or the people who don’t believe in you, and be your biggest cheerleader! Show the world your sparkle!

WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE FOR SOMEONE STARTING THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY? 

Fitness is not one-size fits all. Everyone is different, each workout, each diet, each plan and programme are personal to you and your goals. And remember, everyone starts somewhere; don’t compare your Day 1 to someone’s Day 100 or 1000 for that matter, every ‘pro’ was once a beginner!
